NEW YEAR, NEW STUDIO

music selection: Kewpie Station, Kaki King.

A new year means a new creative space! After an amazing fall interning at The Artful Life, I am back on campus full time to finish my undergraduate program. I had some creative moments, painting in makeshift studio in my room and sharing space with another artist at Endicott, but I am thrilled to once again have some table space to spread out and jump in to my paintings. I've moved back into the studio space I had last spring, part of the semi-private studios at Endicott. My series this spring will focus on work for my thesis, "Fragmentation and Fluidity: Integrating Self and Social Identitites through Visual Narratives." I am inspired to play with scale, dimensionality, and new surfaces this semester, and can't wait to show you what I've been working on...
