WELCOME TO THE STUDIO

Hello there world-wide-web, 

I am pleased to invite you into my first official studio space! This semester at Endicott College I moved into the semi-private studios and have been happy to call this little corner my creative home for the past few months. This spring I've been working on a series of abstractions, Geo Perception, which is the product of a year's worth of exploration and creation. 

Last year, I was introduced into the world of geometric abstractions for the first time, and they found a place in my heart and mind. Something about the way they allowed the viewer to appreciate beauty without expectation was so interesting to me. Also, as BFA student studying Art Therapy, I was entranced by the slow, precise, and almost meditative process of painting. I created my first geometric abstraction oil painting last spring, and have come full circle this year by completing my first dozen pieces in this series.
